Valerie Zentz

On Saturday, August 11, 2018, Valerie Anne Zentz, loving wife and sister, passed away at the age of 63.

Valerie was born to Jack and Jacqueline Seroy on May 3, 1955, in Lynwood, California. She moved with her family to Joplin, Missouri in 1961 and graduated from Memorial High in 1973.

She considered the Gulf Breeze, Florida area home for the last 15 years.

While in the workforce, Valerie was employed as a Loan Processor in the mortgage industry.

On July 23, 1996, Valerie married her forever soulmate and loving husband, Rick Zentz. They would spend 22 beautiful years together filled with so much love and devotion to each other.
She also truly cherished the bond she had with her "pet children" and cared deeply about their well-being.

Valerie's compassionate spirit and infectious smile was experienced by many, and will be missed by all.

She is preceded in death by her father, Jack Gregory Seroy.
In addition to her spouse, Rick Zentz, she is survived by her brothers, Greg Seroy of Conway, Arkansas and Chris Seroy of Portland, Oregon as well as her sister, Becky Riggle of Kansas City, Missouri.

A memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM, Friday, August 31, 2018 at Rose Lawn Funeral Home in Gulf Breeze, Florida. Visitation with the family will begin one hour prior to service time.
Serving as officiant of the service will be Rev. Dan Schenck.
