Phyllis Adkins

Phyllis Ilene Adkins of Gulf Breeze, FL gained her wings December 27, 2019, at the age of 83.

Phyllis was born December 19, 1936, in Union City, Indiana. She graduated from Jackson High School class of 1954. Phyllis continued her education at PJC in Pensacola, Florida earning her AA and RN. She was an RN at Northview Community Hospital for Disabled Children, retiring after over twenty years of dedicated service.

She is reunited in Heaven with her parents, Asa Simeon Culy, Mildred Pauline Culy (Stewart) and her Beloved daughter, Cathy Ilene Adkins.

Phyllis was an adored Mother, Grandmother, and Great grandmother. Left to cherish her memory is her loving son and daughter, Kelly Adkins, Deanna Goodyard Adkins, their children, Charlotte Alexandria Adkins (Jacob Perry), Jesse Adkins, Dustin Carr (Noah), John Goodyard, Benjamin Goodyard, Samuel Goodyard, Granddaughter Tiffany Jackson (Stephen, Liam) and Grandson Jason Robison (Westley, Gabriel, Daniel).

There will be a Memorial Service Wednesday, January 8, 2020, at the Rose Lawn Funeral Home, 2942 Gulf Breeze Pkwy Gulf Breeze, FL 32563. Ph: 850-932-9192.

Visitation will begin at 2:00 PM,  followed by the service at 3:00 PM
