Robert “Scott” Watson, 34, Pensacola, FL
Born June 16th, 1988 in Pensacola, FL Died November 7th, 2022 at his parent’s home in Gulf Breeze, FL
Scott graduated from Gulf Breeze High School and worked in a variety of restaurant positions in Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, and, most recently, at Sidelines Sports Bar and Grill on Pensacola Beach. He enjoyed living life, skateboarding, fishing, and frisbee golf. He was a craft beer connoisseur, music lover, and effortless comedian. He held a special fondness for pineapples, giraffes, and cacti. Scott enjoyed spending time with family and friends, most especially Cora Beth Hann, his true love of 6 ½ years. She was the best thing that ever happened to him. He touched many lives and will be missed by all who knew him.
Scott is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Orville and Ruth Haston; paternal grandparents, Lloyd and Johnnie Watson and his uncle, Robert Haston.
Scott is survived by his parents, Michael and Betty Watson of Gulf Breeze, FL; sister, Jessica Watson of Miramar, FL; self-proclaimed wife, Cora Beth Hann of Pensacola, FL; uncle, Orville Haston of Port St. Lucie, FL; aunt, Mary Anne Haston of Little Rock, AR; aunt and uncle, Barbara and Ken Latta of Barnesville, GA; uncle, Tim Watson of Glenwood, AR; cousins, Kenny Latta of Seminole, FL and Jon Latta of Hong Kong, China.
Visitation will be Monday, November 21 at 10:30 AM at St. Ann's Catholic Church followed by a funeral mass at 11:00 AM.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Autism Pensacola or Escambia County Animal Shelter.
