Richard Zambroski

Richard Zambroski, 84, of Gulf Breeze, passed away May 26, 2018. He was born in Erie, PA.

He graduated from Cathedral Prep and joined the US Navy and served four years. Richard retired from IBM after 34 years of service and moved from California to Gulf Breeze, joined Tiger Point Golf Club. He was also an avid bowler. He loved both sports and especially the friends he made.

He was a long and devoted member of Saint Sylvester Catholic Church and actively participated in its' ministries.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents Anthony and Helen and his brother, Tony. He is survived by his first wife, Margaret and current wife of 49 years, Donna, and Pepper, the best dog in the world. His children, Richard (Erin) Zambroski, Debbie Parks and grandchildren, Lauen, Alisha and Jonathan Zambroski and Jessica Parks.

I would like to thank Regency Hospice and Muriel Finger Sitter for the loving care they provided Richard and me, and also Dr. Alan Grosset for his kindness.

A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Sylvester Catholic Church, 6464 Gulf Breeze Pkwy., Gulf Breeze FL on Friday, June 1, 2018 at 11:00 followed by a reception in the Parish Hall.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the ASPCA.
