Reba Stricklin

Reba Nell Stricklin age 84, of Gulf Breeze, passed away on Saturday, September 7, 2013. Reba was born on December 23, 1928 in Crossville, Alabama. On June 15, 1946 she married Carl Edward Stricklin and dedicated her entire life to supporting and raising a family. Reba loved good southern food and was an active church member throughout her life. She was an avid gardener and most of all, a devoted mother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Edward Stricklin, sons, Edward and David Stricklin. Reba is survived by her Son, Charles Stricklin and his wife Conny of Navarre, FL; Sister, Mary Ruth Frazier of Waycross, GA; Sister Gail Frazier of Cartersville, GA; Grandchildren, Eric Nolan Stricklin of Oklahoma City, OK, Michelle Kimberly Stricklin of New York City, NY, Brandon Hughes Stricklin and his wife Lesley E. Stricklin of Destin, FL and Daughter-in-law, Barbara McNamara Stricklin of Fort Walton Beach, FL. Viewing and a time of visitation will be held on Thursday, September 12, 2013 from 10 - 11:00 AM at Rose Lawn Funeral Home in Gulf Breeze. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM with burial to follow in Rose Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Emerald Coast Hospice, 1555 North Palafox Street, Pensacola, FL 32501.
