Peggy Melton

Mrs. Peggy Mildred Melton, 82, of Navarre, FL, died on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, after an extended illness. 

Funeral services will be held at noon on Monday, October 2, 2023, at Rose Lawn Funeral Home with Brother Scott Smith officiating.  The burial will follow in Rose Lawn Cemetery, Gulf Breeze, FL.  The family will receive friends from 11 am until service time. 

Mrs. Melton was a seamstress and homemaker.  She enjoyed many activities from going to church, cooking, fishing, and playing games on her tablet.  Also, she enjoyed bowling and had even played in a bowling league. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Woodrow and Roxie Randolph; grandson, Robert Lee; sister, Jean Elliott and a brother, Henry Randolph. 

Survivors include her daughters and son-in-law, Samantha Fisher (Mitchell), Navarre, FL, Diane Taylor, TN; son and daughter-in-law, Tony Lee (Debbie), NC; brother, Truett Randolph, NC; granddaughters, Ashley Bradshaw, NC, Allison Carter, FL, Jashalyn Taylor, TN, April Lee, NC, and Latavia Fisher; grandsons, T.J. Taylor, TN, Markkus Farrior, TN, Isaiah Farrior, TN, and Justin Bradshaw; 5 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.

Serving as pallbearers will be Mitchell Fisher, Ernest Farrior, Markkus Farrior, Andrew Carter, Isaiah Farrior and Clint Farmer; honorary pallbearer will be Jashalyn Taylor.
