Mary Ruth McDonald January 18, 1929 - March 13, 2012 Mary Ruth Powers McDonald, 83, of Navarre, FL went to be with our Lord and Savior on March 13, 2012. She is preceded in death by her husband of 30 years, Jack L. McDonald, Sr., her beloved daughter, Jacqueline Otwell Hudson, grandson, John Michael Otwell, Sr., and sister Thelma Larson. She is survived by her sons: Jerry L. (Debbie) McDonald of Springville, AL; Donald (Linda) Nelson of Slidell, LA; stepdaughter: Laurie (Curt) Sheckles of Hueytown, AL; stepson: Jack L. (Mary) McDonald, Jr.; Grandchildren: Tracy Otwell Groover, John Alan McDonald, Jeffrey McDonald, and Shannah Nelson; 9 great grandchildren and 3 great, great grandchildren. She is also survived by 2 sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews as well as other family members. Mary was a devoted wife, mother, and Memaw. She is loved and adored by her family and will be greatly missed. She was a member of Billory Baptist Church of Navarre, FL.
