Mary Elizabeth Larson, 95, of Pensacola, passed away peacefully on January 20, 2018.
She was born in Brewton, Alabama on January 27, 1922. She lived her childhood in Andalusia, Alabama and later moved to Pensacola. She married Harvey at Pensacola Naval Air Station on August 1, 1942, and they remained married until his death in 2003. Together, with their children, they traveled the world for his naval tours of duty and then retired to Pensacola in 1961.
She was preceeded in death by her husband, Cdr. Harvey Larson; and her son, Max Larson.
She is survived by her daughter, Ann Larson, of Clear Lake, South Dakota; her son Skip Larson (Sherry) of Gulf Breeze; brother Bronson (Chae) Robinson of Pensacola. Grandaughters Stephanie Traynom (Jim) and Alexa Seely (Sean). Great granddaughters Catie Traynom and Zoe Seely all of Gulf Breeze.
A private burial service will be held at Barrancas National Cemetery, Pensacola Naval Air Station.
