Mary Fallo

Mary Ann Fallo, 93, of Destin, Fl died May 25, 2011 following a brief illness. She was born October 30, 1917 in New Haven, CT to Pasquale and Gennie Nargi. Mary was from a family of nine children: brothers, Carmen Nargi, Baptist Nargi, Armand Nargi, Martin Nargi and Bernard Nargi; and sisters, Josephine Triumfo, Edith Pantani and Adeline Balzano. She graduated from Hillhouse High School and Goodwin Technical School both in New Haven, CT. She married Anthony J. Fallo on September 5, 1936 who preceded her in death in March of 1998. She moved to Destin in 1990. Mary is survived by her son, Thomas Peter (Karen) Fallo of Farmington, CT; daughter, Barbara Jane (George D.) Davis of Destin, FL; grandchildren, George D. (Laura) Davis, Jr. of Daphne, AL, Sandra L. (Andrew) Bates of Lawton, MI, Ellisa Fallo of Farmington, CT; great grandchildren, George D. Davis, III of Daphne, AL, Michael A Davis of Daphne, AL, Jessica Bates of Lawton, MI and Jacob Bates of Lawton, MI. The family will receive friends for visitation from 5:00-6:00pm Tuesday, May 31, 20111 at Corpus Christi Catholic Church of Destin. Funeral Mass will follow at 6:00pm with Fr. Robert Morris officiating. Burial will take place in New Britain, CT. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mary's memory to the National Kidney Foundation.
