Annie Louise Andrews Doyle 1921 – 2016
Louise Doyle of Gulf Breeze, age 94, passed on Sunday, August 7, 2016. A native of Pensacola, Florida born on October 10, 1921. Louise was a charter member of Santa Rosa Shores Baptist Church. Louise was the first born of seven children. She was baptized in the bayou close to her church, Pleasant Grove Baptist. All walked down to the water. She was a graduate of Pensacola High School in 1939. During World War II, Louise worked at Newport Industries and her husband, William, was sent to the Island of Saipan. Louise loved her family. She lived in faithful service to her husband and two sons. She had a hobby of working with flowers and lots of flower pots. She loved to travel and also liked to fish. She was preceded in death by her husband of over 65 years, William H Doyle. Son; Wayne Ellis Doyle, parents; James Ellis Andrews and Annie Findlay Andrews, sisters; Vida Sutton and Gayl White and a brother; Raymond Andrews. Louise is survived by her son; Gordon P Doyle and wife Jenny of Gulf Breeze, daughter-in-law; Carole Doyle of Gulf Breeze. Three grandchildren; Jason Doyle and wife Stephanie, Jennifer Gibson and husband Alan, Jessica Heisinger and husband Aaron, six great grandchildren; Jesse Gibson, Emily and Drew Doyle and Finnley, Jacob and William Heisinger. Brothers; Douglas Andrews and wife Edie of Pensacola, Glenn Andrews and wife Betty of Holliday Island, AR and Warren Andrews of Bowling Green, VA. Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. A time of visitation will be on Friday, August 12, 2016 at Rose Lawn Funeral Home from 1:00 -2:00 PM. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM with Pastor Bill Eddins, of Santa Rosa Shores Baptist Church officiating. Interment will follow in Rose Lawn Cemetery, where Louise will be laid to rest next to her husband William. Pallbearers will be; Gordon Doyle, Aaron Heisinger, Jason Doyle, Drew Doyle, Alan Gibson and Jesse Gibson. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Santa Rosa Shores Baptist Church, 3153 Gulf Breeze Parkway, Gulf Breeze, FL 32563.
