Ms. Judy Junge Ramos (89 years young), gloriously entered the Father’s Kingdom on Sunday morning, July 31st, 2016. She was surrounded in love by family members including her three daughters, Martha Whitford, Pamela Junge Barnett, Laurie Michelle Junge, as well as her beloved companion pet - Mackie. A longtime resident of both Joplin, Missouri, and Gulf Breeze, Florida, Judy was known and loved by many. Her signature gifts were evident to all who came to know her – joy, encouragement, friendship, contagious laughter, and the wonderful gift of hospitality. Born May 9th, 1927, in Dodge, OK, Judy became a successful business woman owning and operating several large hair salons as well as a cosmetology school in Joplin, MO. After retiring to Gulf Breeze, FL in 1974, she continued to work in the same field where she made many life-long friends. Surviving are her daughters, Martha Whitford and Laurie Junge, both of Gulf Breeze, FL; Pamela Junge Barnett and husband, Jeff, of Colorado Springs, CO; sister Joanna Kizziar, Oklahoma City, OK; grandchildren, James Whitford, wife Marsha, Galena, MO; Jennifer Whitford, husband Mark Jacobs, Amesville, OH; Nicholaus Woerner, Gulf Shores, AL; Jason Barnett, wife Stephanie, and Courtney Diaz-Lucero, husband Saul, all of Colorado Springs, CO.
