Joseph Conroy

Joseph C. Conroy 44, of Gulf Breeze passed away on October 11, 2011 at home surrounded by loved ones. Joseph was born in Ankara, Turkey to Charles and Rosemary Conroy. After living many places his family settled in Gulf Breeze in 1981 where Joe remained for most of his life. Joseph was preceded in death by his father; Charles G Conroy and his son; Joseph Tyler Conroy. He is survived by his mother; Rosemary Conroy, sisters; Frances Conroy and Mary Ellen Shelton, brother and Fiancée; Chuck Conroy and Heather Gough, and a host of nieces and nephews that will miss him greatly. Joseph was a proud member of the VFW post # 4407 Men's Auxiliary. He will always be remembered for the way he cared for his family and always brought a smile to everyone's face. Visitation will be Sunday, October 16, 2011 at Rose Lawn Funeral Home in Gulf Breeze from 2:00-4:00 pm. A celebration of his life will be held afterwards at Paddy O'Leary's on Pensacola Beach.
