John Sears

John F. Sears "Frank" 1957 - 2011 John Franklin Sears, 53, of Gulf Breeze, FL, passed away on May 14, 2011as a result of a tragic accident. Frank as he was known, was the son of Jerry Doyle "J.D." Sears and Margaret Mitchell. Frank was employed at Vannoy's Tires in Pensacola and previously at The Market on Pensacola Beach. He also served in the U.S. Navy four years. He loved Alabama football, especially with the company of his brothers and nephews. He also enjoyed cooking for his family, grilling, and trips to the mountains with Kaye to see the leaves change in the fall. Frank is survived by his loving wife, Kaye; his children, Brianna Scott (Victor), Cassy Sears, Gavin Parmley and Carl Sears; his grandchildren, Peyton Scott, Tyler Scott, Airabella Sears-Lamboy; mother, Margaret Mitchell; brothers, Jerry Sears (Carol), Bill "Catfish" Sears (Myrna); nieces and nephews, Jenny Sears, Tommy Sears, Nina Sears Lynch, Caleb Sears, Ryan Shores, Michael Shores, Josh Shores, Ryland Shores, Jolee Shores; mother-in-law, Thelma Shores; brothers-in-law, Larry Shores, Pete Shores (Sissy), Kevin Shores (Brenda); and a large extended family of dear friends. He was predeceased by his father, Jerry Doyle "J.D." Sears, and his sister Jacqueline "Tina" Sears. Pallbearers will be nephews Tommy and Caleb Sears, dearest friends Cecil Nall, Leo Holloway, Eric Scarborough, and Ray Callahan. Box 190, Lakeland, FL 33802. Visitation will be hold on Wednesday, May18, 2011, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Rose Lawn Funeral Home with services set for Thursday, May 19, 2011, at 1:00 PM.
