Jeffrey Utsey

Jeffrey D. Utsey 1967-2011 Jeff Utsey, 44, of Gulf Breeze, FL passed away unexpectedly at his home on December 19, 2011 after suffering from an extended illness. He was born in Orangeburg, SC and moved to Gulf Breeze in 1981. Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Don Utsey. He is survived by his mother, Edith Hart Utsey; brothers, Jerry Dale (Michelle) and Eric (Tara); nieces, Meagan and Sophia; nephews, Michael and Ethan; and many dear friends. A private service will be scheduled at a later date as his ashes are scattered in the Gulf, as he requested. Arrangements are entrusted to Rose Lawn Funeral Home.
