Jaqulon Owen

Jackie Owen 1935-2010 Jaqulon "Jackie" Owen, of Gulf Breeze, FL, left this earthly life to join our Lord and Savior on April 25th. She was born Jaqulon Williams on January 22, 1935 and married her lifelong love and soul mate, Billy Owen on July 9, 1952. She was a member of Gulf Breeze United Methodist Church, the Santa Rosa Women's Club and the Gulf Breeze Women's bowling league. She was a loving wife, the most exceptional mother and grandmother to her four children and four grandchildren and a true and loyal friend. She will be missed by so many. Jackie was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Billy Owen, her son, Richard Owen, her parents, two brothers and three sisters. She is survived by three children, Michael Owen & his wife Karen, Johnny Owen and his wife Sharon, and Cathy Duncan and her husband, Mark, four grandchildren, Cara Duncan, Brianna Duncan, Spencer Duncan and David Owen and countless family members and friends. The family would like to recognize and thank the doctors, nurses and aides at the Covenant Hospice Residence for the exceptional care we all received during this most difficult time. Funeral services will be held at Gulf Breeze United Methodist Church on Wednesday, April 28th, visitation will begin at 1:00 pm, Funeral at 2:00 pm.
