Helene Jordan

Helene C. Jordan, 93, of Gulf Breeze, FL passed away on Friday, September 28, 2012. She was born on November 13, 1918 in Philadelphia, PA, and had been a resident of the local area since 1990. She was past president as well as a lifetime member of the American Legion Post 10 Ladies Auxiliary. Helene was also a devoted member of First Christian Church in Pensacola. She was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, John R. Jordan. She is survived by her son, Robert (Sandra) Jordan; daughter Susan (Scott) Kee; sister Jeanetta Liberi and brother Frank (Mary) Curran. Inurnment will occur at a later date at Whitemarsh Memorial Park in Horsham, PA. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Covenant Hospice for their compassionate and loving care extended to their mother during her illness and requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials be given to Covenant Hospice at 5041 N. 12th Avenue, Pensacola, FL 32504.
