Geraldine Fox

Geraldine "Jerry" Twiford Fox, passed away on Sunday, March 20,2011, just shy of her 82nd birthday. Fox was born in Wilmington, DE, to the late Jack Twiford and Esther Russell Twiford Frasier, and step daughter to to the late Charles E. Frasier. She is also predeceased by her sister Helen Frasier. Fox was a graduate of Michigan State Universtiy, She was a school teacher for a number of years, including abroad in Japan where she first met her husband, Capt. John Peter Fox, Jr. retired USN. She and John were happily married for nearly 50 years (May 2011). In 1973, John retired and they moved to Gulf Breeze to raise their children. Jerry always had a passion for reading, and until years enjoyed water skiing, shopping, and entertaining. She has been a long-time and devoted member of St. Ann Catholic Church. Jerry will be deeply missed and remembered by her husband, John Peter "John" Fox, Jr; daughter, Pamela "Pam" Fox Weber; son, John Peter "Pete" Fox, III; grandson, John Peter "Jack" Fox, IV; and grandaughter, Elizabeth Everett Fox. A Memorial Ceremony will be celebrated at the small chapel at St. Ann Catholic Church on Daniel Drive at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 2, 2011. All friends of the Fox family are welcome to attend and honor her life.
