Gary Humphrey

Gary Humphrey was a rockstar. He wasn't just a rockstar because he was an incredibly talented
guitar player though. Everything he touched, he brought magnetism, passion, and electricity to.
Gary's rockstar journey began as a teenager. One fateful day, his amazing parents, Gary Sr.
and Maureen Sr. Humphrey bought him his first guitar. His siblings, John and Maureen
Humphrey, lovingly put up with his antics since. Gary used his guitar to woo Dan and Maria
Verones' daughter, Angie, and the two quickly became high school sweethearts. If you knew
Gary though, you know their love story, because it was one of his favorite stories.
Gary and Angie Humphrey's love story produced their daughter, Aly: Gary's doppelganger, and
their son: Gary, another legend also named Gary Humphrey.
When Gary wasn't spending time with family, his community was vast and wide. His friends
were all kinds of people: musicians, roller and ice hockey players, golfers, cruisers, and even
flooring specialists.
As Gary's loved ones, please join us together for a Celebration of Life on Saturday, November
12th at Paddy O'Leary's Irish Pub, on Pensacola Beach. The festivities will be from 12pm-6pm
with plenty of music and stories. Come rock out and share your favorite Gary story. In the spirit
of Gary, please feel free to wear your favorite Pittsburgh sports attire or an Iron Maiden t-shirt.
