Ethel May Seiple Decker age 90 died Wednesday, June 10, 2009 in Gulf Breeze, FL. Ethel was born Oct 12, 1918 in Glendon, PA and was the daughter of Earl and Beulah (Howar) Seiple from Nazareth, PA. She was a graduate of Eastside High School in Paterson, NJ. Ethel worked as a secretary at her Reformed Church in Pompton Plains, was a buyer for W.T. Grant's in Paterson, NJ and a secretary for a Neurosurgeon. She also did much volunteer work throughout her years including The Fort Walton Beach Hospital. Ethel was quite athletic and enjoyed sports all of her life. She and her husband Stephen Decker were married 51 years with his passing in 1988. Survivors include her son Paul Stephen Decker and his wife Virginia of Flemington, NJ, her daughter Joan Elizabeth Simmons and her husband H.P. Simmons of Gulf Breeze, six grandsons; Ronald, Richard, and Randall Decker of New Jersey, Scott and Trent Van Dyke of Florida and Mark Van Dyke of Alabama, 9 great grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. A time of visitation will be held Monday, June 15, 2009 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM, at Rose Lawn Funeral Home in Gulf Breeze. Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Beal Memorial Cemetery in Fort Walton Beach, FL
