Elsie Land

Elsie L Land age 84 of Gulf Breeze Died Monday, April 27, 2009 at Bay Breeze Nursing Home. Elsie was born in Gulf Breeze and was a lifelong resident. Her first love was her family, whom she loved to cook and care for, bringing them happiness. Elsie had a gift for making things grow, she could just take something and plant it and it would grow. Her favorite past times were, planting flowers and taking care of her yard. Elsie was preceded in death by her parents, Bea and Robert Land, and her brothers, Fred and Ralph Land. She is survived by her brothers, Joel Land and Otis Land, nieces and nephews, Lisa Schlobohm, Bobby Land, Alan Land and Marlin Land. A time of visitation will be held Friday, May 1, 2009 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Rose Lawn Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 PM with burial in Rose Lawn Cemetery. The family wishes to thank the staff of Bay Breeze Nursing Home, especially the Day Shift.
