Dolores Miller

Dolores Smith Miller age 82 of DeFuniak Springs, FL passed away in Gulf Breeze, FL on December 28, 2012. Dolores was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years Louie Miller. She was born in Birmingham, AL and moved to Ft. Walton Beach in 1966. Dolores and Louie owned and operated Import Motors, selling and servicing British Leyland, MG and Subaru automobiles. They retired in 1984 and moved to DeFuniak Springs where they pursued their passion for fishing, catching many trophy sized large mouth bass and instilled both of their love of fishing and all things with four wheels to grandson Brad. Dolores is survived by daughter Sherry and husband Joe Genovese of Navarre, son Jimmy of Chattahoochee Hills, Georgia, grandson Brad Fowler and great grandchildren Paxton and Payton, and her cat Toby. The family wishes to thank the staff of the Blake of Gulf Breeze for their care and support during the past year. Many fond memories of Dolores will be in the hearts of everyone she knew. A memorial service to honor the life of Dolores will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, January 5, 2013 at Rose Lawn Funeral Home 2942 Gulf Breeze Pkwy in Gulf Breeze.
