Clyde Jackson

Clyde "Gannon" Jackson, 78, passed away Wednesday, October 29, 2008. Mr. Jackson was born and raised on East Mallory Street in Pensacola, Florida. Gannon graduated from Florida State University and after serving in the U.S. Army, met the love of this life, Sarah with whom he had 52 wonderful years of marriage. He was both a real estate and mortgage broker throughout his career. Survivors include his daughter Leigh Mothershed (Ron) of Tampa, FL; sister Ernestine Jackson of Tuscaloosa, AL; cousin Loree Fagastrom (John) and nephews Burt Jackson of LeRoy OH, Mike and Clayton Jackson of Jackson MS. Visitation will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Rose Lawn Funeral Home in Gulf Breeze with memorial service to follow at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Gulf Breeze Hospital Auxiliary.
