Charles "Chuck" was called home Saturday morning after his brave fight with lung disease. He is predeceased by his parents, three brothers, and a grandson. He is survived by his wife of sixty one years, Pat, his son, Paul McNemar (Terry), daughter, Rhonda Lero (Michael), brother, Mason McNemar (Pat) of Diamond Bar, California, grandchildren Kristel Davenport, Chris McNemar, Shelby McNemar and great grandson, Brennan Davenport. Other survivors include a special niece, Linda Bunnell (Jack) of Milton, sister-in-law Dorothy McNemar of Massillon, Ohio, sister-in-law Carol McNemar of Brewster, Ohio, sister-in-law Betty King (Tom) of Hemet, California, sister-in-law Jean Miller of Clarksburg, West Virginia and their families. He will be remembered, too, by his many friends across the country. Chuck was born and raised in Reynoldsville, West Virginia. After two years in the Army, the family moved to Washington, D.C., and later to Phoenix, Arizona, where he went to work for Goodyear Aerospace, designing radar systems for the military. He retired from Goodyear and moved to Gulf Breeze a few years later, where he spent his time fishing, RVing, and woodworking. No funeral is planned. The family will host a celebration of his life on Friday, August 21, from 5-8 PM, at their home. Burial will be Friday, September 25th, at Barrancas National Cemetery.
