Carlene Daphne Welsh

Carlene Agatha Daphane Welsh Moore, died on April 9, 2020 at the age of 84 years old. She was proceeded in death by her husband Richard, her parents, Senator H.D. Carlton Moore and Ena E. Erskine Moore. Sister Joyce, brother Ronnie and son Bobby Bowers. She is survived by her daughter Kimberly Hatcher, son in law Will Hatcher and their two sons, Trey and Chad. Her grandson Scott Bowers.  Sister Anthea , brother in law Andy Harper , their son Matt and his family.  Sister in law Anne Moore and her children Darryl, Carolyn, Nicholas, Tanya and their families.

Carlene was born on October 14, 1935 in Antigua, British West Indies. Lived in many states in the US, but called Key Biscayne,  Florida  home. She was a member of the Key Biscayne Yacht Club.  A graduate of Cambridge University, England with a BA in Literature, a graduate of the Royal London College of Music.  She held a Florida Real Estate Broker's license since 1980.

Carlene will be remembered dearly by all that had the pleasure to know her. She was a strong,  intelligence woman  with a kind heart.  A character who will be greatly missed.

A private interment occurred at Rose Lawn Cemetery in Gulf Breeze, Florida
