Bonnie Reed Kinkle of Navarre, FL passed away peacefully on October 21, 2009, after a brief illness at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, FL. She was born November 23, 1923 in Section, AL. Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband Daniel S. Kinkle, Jr., her parents, Joseph and Allie Reed, 3 sisters, and 5 brothers. She is survived by one sister, Helen Cook, of Navarre, and one brother, Wilford Reed, of Athens, TX. She is also survived by three sons, Dan Kinkle (Paula) of Navarre, Gary Kinkle (Carol) of Navarre, Donald Kinkle (Freida) of Huntsville, AL, two daughters, Linda Cianci (Mike) of Nashville, TN and Jane Kelsey (Ken) of Ft. Walton Beach, FL, 10 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren. Bonnie's greatest love was for her husband Dan, her children, and all of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She and Dan spent many hours teaching them how to fish, play at the beach, and romp through their gardens. They also spent many hours singing around the piano and teaching them about Jesus. Bonnie's home was open to everyone, her family, her friends, and not only to her own children but also to their friends and families. Bonnie was an active member of Saint Paul United Methodist Church, in Gulf Breeze, FL, where she has attended since she moved to Navarre from Huntsville, AL in 1982. Funeral services will be conducted by Rose Lawn Funeral Home & Cemetery, 2942 Gulf Breeze Parkway, Gulf Breeze, FL, on Sunday, October 25, 2009 at 2:00 pm with the Reverend Bobby Ellisor officiating. Viewing will be held one hour prior to the service at 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Pallbearers will be grandsons Roger Kinkle, Allen Kinkle, John Kinkle, Scot Cianci, Kris Cianci, and Kraig Kelsey. Honorary pallbearers will be grandson-in-laws Dustin Griffin, Mike Powers, and Kristian Hasse and great-grandson Brandon Powers.
