Betty Stamitoles

Betty Sue Stamitoles, 76, passed away to be with the Lord on November 5, 2012.She resided in Gulf Breeze since 1976. She was a devoted mother and loved her family dearly. She is survived by her son Mitch, daughter-in-law Therese; son Ricky; son Randy, daughter-in-law Stacey and her three grandchildren Tyler, Corey, and Spencer. She is also survived by her sister Kathy and brother-in-law Frankie Mathis. She enjoyed playing golf and was victorious at her Club Championship and Pensacola City Championship tournaments. She loved to watch the sunsets, with her bright blue eyes, from her Florida Room with her adorable poodle, Ginger. She enjoyed family mealtime at family get-togethers, always serving up delicious interpretations of traditional southern food with a Greek influence. A memorial service for her family and close friends will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, November 9, 2012 at Rose Lawn Funeral Home in Gulf Breeze, FL. Respects and visitation will begin at noon. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to the Cancer Society and Humane Society.
