Betty Bowles

Betty Virginia Bowles 1929-2008 After a brief battle with cancer, Betty Bowles passed away at her home, Sunday August 10th , with her family at her side. Betty is survived by her husband of 62 years, Joseph Bowles, Jr., her three sons Joseph (Connie), Jim (Joy), and Mark (Angie), five grandchildren; Jody (Adeline), Corinne (James), Sara (Roger), Katie and Maggie; four great grandchildren Kaelin, Jay, Kamrinne and Max; also her wonderful neighbors and friends, Marie Fox, and Ed & Lulu Perry. Betty was a member of The Good Shepherd Lutheran Church of Gulf Breeze. The family would like to thank Dr. Allen Patton, his nurse practitioner Donna, and office staff as well as Covenant Hospice for their care. Graveside services will be held at 1:15 PM, Wednesday August 13th at Barrancas National Cemetery with Pastor Rory Hermann officiating.
