Bernie Cantrell

Bernie Bea Cantrell, 91, of Gulf Breeze went to her Heavenly home Sunday, September 20, 2009. She was born February 22, 1918 in Leoma, TN to Jeptha and Mary Ellen Cantrell. Survivors include her sister, Olene Hollman; daughter Ruth Ellen Harris of Gulf Breeze; sons David DeWaynne Cantrell (Carol) of Molino, FL and John Marion Cantrell of Kiln, MS; two grandaughters Dawn Elizabeth Smith (David) and Karen Michelle Denmark; Sister-inLaw Mary Land of Berrydale,FL; three great grandchildren David Denmark, Jr., Matthew and Nicole Smith; along with numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, David Marion Cantrell; her brothers and sisters Almer "AJ", Mae, Robert, Woodrow "Bill", James "Jim", Homer V., Orville Q. "OQ", and Opal. The family will receive friends at 9 a.m. Thursday, September 24th at Rose Lawn Funeral Home with a funeral service to follow at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to FBC of Gulf Breeze Building Fund or your favorite charity.
