Becky E. "Sister" "Sis" Watson was born in Pensacola, traveled the world, died in her home in Pensacola, after a hard, brave fight with failing health on Saturday April 26, 2008. She was a beautiful and faithful wife, caring daughter and the only mother we ever wanted. She was our living angel. Her strength and love from the beginning to the painful end were an inspiration to us all. Everyone who knew her was aware of her character and respected her. She made the bad times better and the good times great. We will miss that smile and her dancing eyes. She was preceded in death by her mother Pallie Manning; father Abraham Manning; brother John Manning; her devoted husband Otis G. Watson. Survivors are her brother Junior Manning; sister Betty Sue Thompson; daughter Sue Watson; sons Otis Ray and Don Watson; daughter-in-law Cynthia; grandchildren Raven, Jodi, Lee, Joey, Billy; seven great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews with two special ones Emma and Tony. It is not the number of years she had but the quality of those years and the positive effect she had on the lives she touched. For those who knew her, you know what I mean, for those that didn't know her, I pray you know someone like her. The Lord did not take her from us , He took her from her pain. God Bless. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 – 8 P.M. Wednesday April 30, 2008 with private funeral services at Barrancas National Cemetery later.
