Nancy Windsor

Nancy M. Windsor, age 73, of Gulf Breeze, FL. Passed away peacefully January 17, 2019 at Sacred Heart Hospital in the presence of family.

Born November 24, 1945 in Minneapolis, MN, daughter of Curtis and Gwendolyn (Neff) Windsor, she grew up and lived most of her life in Minnesota. She worked for the Hennepin County Court system for over 30 years until retiring to spend more time with her family, friends and church activities. In 2014 she moved to Gulf Breeze, FL to be near her son's family and the beach! While in Florida she enjoyed time with her new church (Gulf Breeze United Methodist), knitting prayer shawls, attending lacrosse games with her grandson and spending time with her son and daughter in law's family. Nancy had a quick wit and amazing smile that was infectious to all around her.

Surviving are her son, Eric W. Larson Sr. and daughter-in-law Kamarie Larson; 2 grandchildren, Eric W. Larson Jr. and Brody A. Larson. Brothers, William Parish and wife Shirley of Babbitt, MN and Jack Parish and wife June of Burnsville, MN.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday January 23rd in the small chapel of Gulf Breeze United Methodist Church at 75 Fairpoint Dr, Gulf Breeze, FL 32561.

Nancy wanted to be cremated citing that she "didn't want to take up any more space" when she passed. She wanted her remains brought to Birch Lake in Babbitt, MN. She's not been able to get back there for a visit due to illness and was happy to know that is where her final resting place will be.
