Anni-Vibeke Webb

My darling wife of 47 years, Anni-Vibeke left me abruptly the morning of 30 July. Born in Copenhagen, Denmark of her parents Axel and Helga Hansen. After completing her education in nursing she toured the world as a nurse on a Danish Cruise ship. She immigrated to America in 1964 and was a nurse at Mercy Hospital in San Diego, CA. She was loved by all for her humor, good nature, and loving heart. She was the rock that held a Navy family together. We traveled the country and the world together. When I was deployed, wherever she was, the family called home. Within a few weeks of where ever we were at the time she would accumulate new friends who to this day know her and love her. Besides me, she leaves behind her daughter, Christina and her husband Larry of Pensacola, her son Erik of Vista California, her sister, Merete Wilcox of Navarre and her nephews Henrik and Christian Wilcox as well as Christian's wife Holly and their two children, Kristina and Devan. She is, and will forever be, missed by all who loved her and those who knew her. She will always remain in our hearts. Private services will be held for family and friends to celebrate her life. Her wish was to be buried at sea. I will follow her in due time...
